Cingshuei Cliff in Hualien
I just found this site 360 Cities. It has almost 1000 panoramas of Taiwan. I drove by Cingshuei in April 2009 when I went to Taroko Gorge. Unfortunately when I went, it rained almost the entire time. I don't have great luck in that department. I still had a fantastic time though.
